COP – SSH X 25, TTT X 5, Body Builder X 20
THANG – The following exercises were typed on a piece of paper and laid face up in the center of the COP. Each Pax rotated picking an exercise that they would lead for 20 reps. They would then turn that card face down. Pax could only choose cards that were Face up. Exercises were Burpees, WW 1 Sit-ups, Jump Squats, Carolina Dry Docks, Monkey Humpers, American Hammers, Mountain Climbers, Flutter Kicks. After each series of exercises, Pax formed teams of old vs young for relay races.

Moleskin – After a near fatal bout of the FOO, Bean Boy rejoined the men of Tectonic as did Tater Tott. YHC chose to utilize the same exercises that make up the Inferno as it seems to be hated by most. TClaps to Grasshopper for grabbing the Burpees card and leading the group through 20 Burpees in cadence. The young guys beat the old guys in every relay race regardless of how the Q tried to arrange the event. The idea of “it pays to be a winner” this morning simply meant that you were not an old guy.
