Usain Bolt w/the log. One man calls out an exercise. He runs with the log approximately 30 yards and back while each man executes the exercise. Each man got a turn with the log.

Devo: In Joshua 4, we see Joshua command the Israelites to build a memorial of 12 stones to be a reminder for the coming generations that God stopped the waters of the Jordan for the Israelites to cross into Canaan. A reminder that we need to memorialize things in our lives. Make a way to remember important events to share it with your kids and grandkids as a reminder of God’s provision.
