The BC for today is a set up similar to The Shocker, but exercises were modified. The same exercises were done at each Base with reps starting at 15 each and subsequent base rep count decreased by one.
Exercises (all done on Q):
1. Hand Release Merkins
2. Ruck Thrusters
3. Big Boy Sit-ups (with ruck weighing down your feet)
Movements between bases:
Home to 1st: Shuffle Step/Mosey
1st to 2nd: Backwards Lunge Walk
2nd to 3rd: Mosey one lap around the Whiffleball field
3rd to Home: Lunge Walk
We rounded the bases 2x and finished the Mosey around the Whiffleball field on the third go round before heading back to the flag.

On Wednesday, I finally was able to make back to the Shocker, the monthly fitness test that takes place at the Garage close to downtown the first Wednesday of each month. It really is a great one, so I thought “We should do this at Magnitude with a twist!” This was a good one, it’ll be making another appearance again 😏…
