The temperature was 75, but the humidity made it feel much warmer.

Moleskin – YHC had committed himself to never Q logs again. Just seems to cause soreness in a bad way as opposed to the “good sore”. Wanting to do something different, YHC went against his better judgement and did logs. As for the 31 Burpees, YHC is celebrating this 31 years of marriage this year (July 4th) and wanted to remind himself as well as the Pax that we should be thankful every day, not just on special occasions. The re-introduction of the logs brings a new level of pain back to the AO and forces the Pax to embrace teamwork which those in attendance today did. Having a coupon continuously supported by the members of the log team for the duration of the beat down brings about a sense of camaraderie, not associated with a normal BC. AWESOME work men. Pax are reminded to pray for Hot Tubs brother as he awaits a transplant of most of his internal organs in the stomach area. Pax are also reminded to donate school supplies. Today was a quality push by those in attendance and a great way to start the day.
