The mission of F3 is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership.
Conditions: Pleasantly warm with some sprinkles of rain

Foura came to The Ditch (i.e. Dora, Four Corners style). Pax paired up and one grabbed a block. Each corner is assigned an exercise and set number of reps.
- Corner 1: 5 CPRs – Curls to Overhead Press to Triceps R
- Corner 2: 10 Flutter Kicks (IC)
- Corner 3: 15 Lunges with Block (IC)
- Corner 4: 20 Mountain Climbers (IC)
Pax stay together as a team, each completing alternating corners. The pax not “exercising” did Alternating Shoulder Taps. Pax carrying the block completed corners 1 and 3 with the block. Pax without the block completed corners 2 and 4. When the round was completed, the Pax traded off their block and then switch the corners they completed in the last round.
Rinse and repeat until 10 rounds are completed and exercise totals per team are:
- 50 CPRs
- 100 Flutter Kicks (IC)
- 150 Lunges with Block (IC)
- 200 Mountain Climbers (IC)

Devo: YHC briefly talked about Sunday’s sermon about broken people. Sometimes we “exclude” or “eliminate” ourselves or others because of our brokenness. Need to not let this keep us from doing what God is asking us to do as we aren’t guaranteed tomorrow.
Moleskin: Pax were SO close to completing the 10 rounds of Foura. Tinder and Pray Request had only one more corner and YHC typically would let them finish, but it was already past 0545. Next time we’ll get her…
