–Count off by 4s w/ 1s going to “1st base”, 2s going to “2nd base”, etc.
–Complete 3 rounds of exercises as noted below; after each exercise go to “pitcher’s mound” and do 5 burpees (except last round) and then drag block to next base; b/w 1st and 2nd round, sprint across field and then run long lap around park; b/w 2nd and 3rd round, crab walk b/w light poles, sprint to 3rd light pole and then skip around park (short loop)
1st base: 10 genuines (1st/3rd rounds) and 10 mountain climbers (2nd round)
2nd base: 20 KBS (1st/3rd rounds) and 20 tricep extensions (2nd round)
3rd base: 30 squats (1st/3rd rounds) and shoulder presses (2nd round)
