Intro: It’s that time again! The Incinerator! Time for the men of Accelerator to push their limits!
COP: None, but explanation for those who haven’t done the Incinerator in a while.
PAX would start at a certain location and perform an exercise and then move to the next station. Starting at 15 reps for each exercise and then dropping one rep after each lap.
Exercises: Tricep dips, Mercans, Curls, Step Ups (15 each leg), LBC (4 count), Pull ups at the playground, Burpees, Squats Jumps.
