Moleskin: The Pre-Blast said you (probably) wouldn’t regret this workout. It delivered. YHC opted to break the mile up into segments and perform 2 sets of exercise at each stop. It’s a good thing. 10 sets would have been brutal. I’m not always a smart man, but I think the PAX appreciated the breaks.
