The Saturday Lady Luck Hatedown

The dice took over 2 BCs in 2 weekend workouts. Lady Luck is as fickle as any woman, and she felt like punishing both groups in different ways. For Bedrock, she made the arms scream with a constant barrage of LBACs and merkins…and making the PAX run just for Fiona.

At Tectonic, she decided to kill the PAX abs with a combination of WW1 sit-ups, American Hammers, and Flutterkicks…and making Sunday Drive run some distance running.

You know Lady Luck is winning when the roller calls out that the result is another Indian run to the gate and back, and the runner of the group says “Good God!”

Lady Luck’s list of possible pain is as follows:

Warm-up:

1. SSH x 25 in cadance
2. Through the Tunnel x 10
3. Imperial Walkers x 20

The Thang:

Each PAX takes a turn with Lady Luck. On the table provided by the Q are 5 dice. Each PAX member rolls 2 dice to determine what exercise the PAX will be doing. If the result is an exercise that requires a count, the member then rolls all 5 dice to determine how many the PAX will be doing of said exercise.
