5 men decided to face not only the heat of the afternoon but also the burn of the Incinerator! The Incinerator is Accelerators monthly PT test which puts you through 8 stations scattered around the AO!

Conditions: Hot and muggy!
Temps in lower 90’s with a feel like temps near the 100’s

Shortcake Special: none today

Ruckers: None, only an insane person would attempt to ruck this!

FNGs: None

COP:
Light stretching while the YAC explained the course. The YAC also counted the men off 1-8. The number you got determined your starting point.

The Thang: 
The Incinerator
All stations start with 15 reps of the exercise that is listed for that station. When you get back to your starting point your rep drops one for the the next round and continues to do so after every round until time is called.
Station 1= Burpees
Station 2= squat jumps
Station 3= Wall dips
Station 4= Murkins
Station 5= Curls for the girls
Station 6= Step ups each leg
Station 7= Murkins
Station 8= Decline pull ups using the spider web.

6 Minutes of Mary: 
We run the Incinerator down to the last minute of the workout so no time for Mary.
