THANG: The Pax strolled over to the whiffle ball field. Lines up on the baseline where YHC had all PAX facing north for the duration of each movement. First we started off with bear crawls the entire baseline. (Sideways right, forward, sideways left, backwards.) After the 6 was in, we lunge walked forward to the center of the field and dropped for 9 merkins. After merkins, lunge walk backwards to start line and took another bear crawls lap repeating the first movement. Lunge walked back to the middle for 16 WW1 sit ups. Lunge walked backwards to start point. Another bear crawls lap. At which point the suck factor had officially kicked everyone in the nuts. After the lap, you guessed it,…lunge walk back to the middle where we kicked back with 25 squats and lunged walked backards to the start line again. Last lap of bear crawls,…it sucked, but all PAX pushed hard. Lunge walked back to the middle for 36 flutter kicks in cadence. City Slicker keeps up honest and prodded us to complete it with the lunge walk back to the start line. On the way back to the flag, City Slicker had an exercise he has been working on so we tested it out. It will now be known as “the Slicker”. You merkins straddle a parking block with both feet on same side of the block and plank jack with feet together back and forth over the block. Great new exercise!

Moleskin: YHC has been testing new workouts with his Pathfinder group on the weekends to bring some new ideas and time testing to fit in to our schedule. Hopefully the levels and numbers will continue to improve. Great work today with a bunch of studs.
