It’s been a while since the men of Seismic headed to Jingles Hill for for a BC. Today was the day to rectify that situation. But before we hit the road, YHC decided to pull out a rarely used exercise for PAX…
Indian Bear Crawl – Form two lines. The PAX on the end of the columns bear crawl the front while all other do Merkins. Each man bear crawled twice before we headed to the Hill.
Indian Run to Jingles Hill for a series of 7s.

Devo: YHC shared a story about cleaning his car a few weeks ago. Most of you can probably relate to your car getting trashed due to grassy shoes, nasty clothes, etc… that we have as a result of F3. YHC cleaned his car thoroughly inside and out. Washing, waxing, vacuuming, cleaning the glass, protecting upholstery, etc… Still even after all of that, the car still had stains and scratches that will never go away.
In the same way we can do any amount of good works, but it will never make us righteous. We are flawed sinners and that is still apparent no matter how much we try to make the right decisions and do the right things. Thankfully, through Christ we can not only be cleaned, we can be made new (2 Cor. 5:17). No amount of good work can make us righteous in God’s eyes, but Christ can take our old selves and make us new by his grace.
Moleskin: As noted above, it had been a while since we paid Jingles Hill a visit. YHC always forget how tough the Hill is. This was no exception. Over time, each turn to go back up that hill became tougher and tougher. The PAX persevered and conquered. The men of Tremor made sure to thank me for warming up their legs before they took on the day’s course. YHC is always happy to oblige.
