Moleskin – A basic exercise, run exercise BC using the Inferno as a baseline of exercises. By having a partner and a clock measuring results, the Pax seemed to push themselves outside of their comfort zone. No Merlot, but from the sounds of things that was only due to an empty tank. The Q is merely a facilitator of one doing what it takes to make themselves better. The men of F3 pushed themselves to get better today. The clock does not know or care who you are. AYE!
