Conditions: 76 and humid

Warm-up: Seismic

The Thang:

  • head to Jingles’ Hill
  • go over the train tracks and pop a U-y passing the Y
  • take the next right and cross the train tracks again
  • Go around Doty
  • Rinse and repeat

Moleskin:

Half of the PAX double downed with Seismic, which was leg heavy. Good stuff at both AOs. T-claps for Picasso for rucking then running, Ivy for waking up early and running with his dad (Myrtle), and Jingles for planning a leg heavy morning.
