There is a bunch of stuff that I am supposed to include here, but it has been so long since I took the helm at Q that I have forgotten what may need to go here. I think something about the weather. It was warm and moist.
The idea of the morning was to get some cardio in and do some runners stretches. The rep count for the Old Flame drill was to be 25, to honor roster number 025, our boy stalker.

COP”
SSH- 25 IC
DQ – 25 IC
LBAC Fwd and Bkwrd – 15 IC for each
The Thang:
Mosey for a half a mile to some random area at the Coastal Center. (Those who enjoy country club living were not pleased with the conditions of the asphalt.)
Old Flame Drill (25 reps of each):
Runner’s Squats
Scorpions
Bulgarian Split Squats
Bridges
Mosey another half a mile
Rinse and repeat the Old Flame Drill
Mosey about .25 of a mile and find ourselves at a little roundabout.
Speed Dora (broke into partners):
50- SSH (single count
100- Merkins
150 – Lunges (alternating Legs)
The loop ran was quite short. The idea was to go fast and keep the heart rate up.
Mosey back to the flag, roughly . 30 of a mile.
Mary:
LBCs
Heels to Heaven
Chillcuts to stretch it out
Moleskin:
We learned that Sakrete is not sure of where he lives. Somewhere between Summerville and North Charleston. Apparently he voted for a North Charleston councilmen and his trash is picked up by North Charleston, but his address is Summerville. He was corrected by a realtor, a neighbor, and others, but he is Sakrete. We learned that Johnny 5 just blind HCs with no reading to see what may be needed in the information. The good news is J5 was early for a 7 am BC, the bad news, we started at 6 am this time. The mumble chatter was pleasant as always. Thanks for hanging with me and getting a little running in. I used to hate BCs full of running and now I am designing them.
There was no devotion as we put our faith to action by serving the Coastal Center and doing some record setting work. 12 men gave an hour of great work.
