Hand release merkins x 20, Flutter kicks x 20, Squats x 20. Pax run around Triangle with partner again and must match original time. Hand release patty cake merkins x 20, Flutter kicks x 20, squats x 20. Pax run around Triangle with partner again and must be within 5 seconds of original time. Hand release merkins x 20, Flutter kicks x 20, group Monkey humpers x 20, Pax race around Triangle starting in opposite order of original finish. Team sit-ups x 20 and then all Bear Crawl back to the flag.

Moleskin – Welcome back to Cheech who had a seemingly near death bout of the FOO. Great seeing you brother. Greenbags ran away with the Body Builder challenge with form that was absolutely on point. Do “all of them” and “do them properly”, AYE! GREAT WORK GREENBAGS! Running against the clock always brings out the best in the men. By having a partner and a clock measuring results, the Pax seemed to push themselves outside of their comfort zone. Group Monkey Humpers was a new addition and seemed to be a crowd favorite. Excellent work men.
