The thang:

Mosey to cage and gather 2 bricks each for an Indian run to Jingles’ hill.

Jingles hill: descending 11s (10/1-9/2-8/3-…reps) running up and down with

Brick press/squats with toe raise on one end of JH

Yoga merkins with brick(merkin to right arm up-1 rep, merkin to left arm up-2 reps…)

Bear crawl 30 yards and back-no bricks

On way back stopped at corner and did surrenders w bricks- straight arms out 25 on q

Stowed bricks at cage, grabbed blocks

15 bottom to middle concentration curls

15 middle to top concentration curls

15 b to m bent over rows

15 middle to top bent over rows

15 woodchoppers right

15 woodchoppers left

Stow and mosey for

Mary: one leg bridge alternating 15 on q

Superman’s 15 on q

WW1/am.hammer combos: 1/4- 5/20 on q
