The mission of F3 is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership.
Conditions: Tolerable: Humid, Mid 60s, clear with near full moon
FNGs: No FNGs
COP: LBACs x30, TTT IC x20, DQ IC x20
The Thang: Major Dad defines Q-Juice as that extra energy rush a man obtains while Qing a BC. YHC has felt it and was compelled to share it with others on the eve of Q school. 4 of the 6 PAX fessed up to never having done a Q or co-Q. Today, they set 4 new F3 milestones on their journey.
Routine: 4 corners around the Doty Park AO block with a twist.
The Twist: Each PAX took a turn carring the flag as the standard bearer to lead the run. The other 5 PAX formed an Induan run behind the flag. Upon reaching a corner, the standard bearer planted the flag, selected an exercise of their choosing, and called it as a co-Q. (Thus, they could have a sip of the Q-Juice)
Another man would then step up and carry the flag to the next corner as a temp co-Q. This was repeated until all six men carried the flag & co-Q’d twice.
(Note: 22 reps per following exercises were done – 10th month, 6th day, 6 PAX = 10+6+6 = 22. Sub-Note: It is also YHC’s 22nd wedding anniv.)
Exercises called: Merkins, Flutter Kicks, Squats, American Hammer, Dry Docks, Burpee, Box Cutter, Don Q, Bobby Hurley, Burt Reynolds, (plus one other that now eludes the memory)

Announcements:Q School at the Ditch, The Oak on Oct 21, Sweet Tea Half on Nov 11.
Devo: Relayed a story on not filling one’s life with little things. Take care of the big things first (Family, Health, Spiritual, etc.) If one worries over little things, then there is no room for the important items.
Moleskin: The PAX rose well to the challenge of not only the effort but also as co-Qs (4 first timers). They can all now claim an F3 landmark as their first co-Q. There were only a few mis-steps on setting up the calls but overall it was well done! YHC encouraged Q school soon, if not tomorrow.
