21 FOO FIGHTERS joined YHC to celebrate October.  Good Times, and Good Living!

Conditions: Unseasonably comfortable

COP: 10 six count burpees

THANG: PAX broken up into four groups ALPHA, BRAVO, CHARLIE, and DELTA.  ALPHA and  DELTA were given Flags to act as Guideons for movement.  Each group was issued sand bags – ALPHA and CHARLIE 80 lbs., BRAVO 60 AND 40 lbs, DELTA 60 lbs.  No sandbag may hit the ground, all exercises will be completed with the sandbag.  Mosey to the pull-up bars – 10 reps each PAX.  Mosey around the block with sandbags, first corner 30 Sit-ups,  second corner 30 Iron Crosses, third corner 30 Merkins, fourth corner 30 Carolina Drydocks. Mosey to The Fence. Three 40×80 yard suicides.
