Warm up- TTT 10-ic, Don q 10-ic, high planks with bricks ‎30 sec, right arm, left arm up 10 sec ea, plank pulses w bricks 10 on q

The thang: rucks on, + 2 bricks- move out

Fia ladies knew sakrete was walking by so we had to double time it to Dorchester road

Bear crawls with bricks count 20 steps on 4 count each limb

Double time to Teeter

While moving reg speed w bricks- lbac’s 30 Ic, alt shoulder presses 20ic

Rinse and repeat all the way back to a.o.

Mary: with bricks: flutter kicks with arms up about 6-10 inches off ground 25  ic, v ups 15 on q, plank sequence from warm up, LBCs 25 ic ,stowbricks

Devo: patience is a virtue; for me I had to learn it and exercise it after joining the union four years ago.  Finally was scheduled to take my test on Friday (I passed).  Things don’t usually happen on our timing, but God’s.  I also had to ride behind someone going 30 mph more than half the way to magnitude, but God is still working on me!  Lol!
