Conditions: perfect, 65

Warm up: 10 ic TTT, 10 ic Don Quixote, 10 ic imp walker, 10 ic SSH

The thang pt 1: alt jumping lunges 10 on q, twist kick merkins 10 on q, tuck jumps 10 on q, mountain climbers 10 ic, prisoner squats 10 on q.  Rinse and repeat

Grab 2 blocks ea. Pax

The thang pt 2: 4 corners, about 10-15 yards apart

Corner 1: 20  1 block lawn mowers oyo

Corner 2: 20 1 block shoulder press oyo

Corner 3: 20 2 block rows/lawnmowers

Corner 4: 20 2 block concentration curls

Between rows 2&3 and 4&1 bear crawl/drag 1 block

Rinse and repeat

Mary: Burt Reynolds 20( 10 ea side on q), leg switch crunches 20 on q, 10 v ups ic, 20 side plank pulses (10 ea side ic)
