Form up two lines, Indian Run to Jingles Hill for some 11’s, some running, and some burpees
The Drill –
Start at the bottom of the hill, run to the top, 10 hand release merkins, run down and complete 1 squat jump. The twist, everytime the whistle blows you have to do a burpee, no matter where you are on the course. Early finishers hold plank or help a brother out. Indian run in one column back to the AO.
