Intro: YHC has been so busy creating “fun” BC’s, that it’s been a while since he hosted a basic, heavy beatdown. Warmup: arm circles (lots of em), squats (low and slow)
Thang: Grab a block and reassemble in two columns, with 3-4 paces between each rank. YHC grabbed a block and a log.
The first PAX ran 2 laps around the moving formation, while carrying the log. The man next to him carried both blocks. Once back in his starting position, the PAX stopped and performed an exercise. Completing the exercise, the next PAX carried the log around the moving formation. Repeat until all 16 men had a turn carrying the log.
The exercises were: block burpees x10, derkins x20, iron crosses x30, curls x40, skull crushers x50, calf raises x60, block presses x70, toe taps x80, toe taps x80, block presses x70, calf raises x60, skull crushers x50, curls x40, iron crosses x15, derkins x10, burpees x5.
