Conditions:  54 degrees

Intro: YHC always tries to bring teamwork exercises to Magnitude. So today I decided to take this to a new level. How do you move 2 sandbags as a team? Carabiner them together and make the movements side by side with your teammate.

FNGs: None

COP:

Worlds greatest stretch

LBAC forward x 10 IC

Shoulder Taps x 10 IC

LBAC backwards x 10 IC

T-Claps x 10 IC

The Thang:

40# sandbag and 60# sandbag carabinered together.

team lift to shoulders and ruck side by side with your teammate to the parking spaces past the playground.

Lunge walk side by side your teammate in unison with the sandbags the length of the parking lot strip

Take the carabiner off the sand bags

one pax would complete wit up with the 40# sandbag then pass the bag to other pax to do a sandbag burpee x 10 each

put carabiner back on sandbags

swap bags

lunge walk side by side your teammate in unison with sandbag the length of the parking lot strip

Ruck back to the flag

take carabiner off

hold plank across from your teammate (head to head) and pull 40# sandbag from him to you until you have pulled in towards you 10 times then switch arms.

hold plank side by side plank pull through both directions x 10

one Pax does merkins while your teammate shuffles each bag down to the yield sign, when he gets both bags to the sign and gets back you swap places and you bring each bag back

one Pax does squats while your teammate shuffles each bag down to the yield sign, when he gets both bags to the sign and gets back you swap places and you bring each bag back

Mary:  60# sandbag sit ups passing it to your partner x 10

Numberama, Namerama, Announcements, Pledge, COT

Devo: no time

Moleskin: Doing some of the movements with the sandbags carabinered together adds a different level of discomfort to it. Move with a purpose, move as a team, complete the mission, no man left behind.
