WARM UP  AT COP: 20 SSH IC, 20 THROUGH THE TUNNEL IC, 20 DON QUIXOTE IC

7-11s:

11s with burpees and merkins – full field length in front of armory.

Mosy to north side of armory

7s with pull ups and block curls IC

Mosy to Faultline field

11S block sqauts and block calf raises IC – full field length with block in tow.

Mosy to horseshoe pits.

7s with block curl press and block head bangars – clockwise around pits with block in tow.

Mosy back to cage and stow blocks.

COT: count, namorama, announcements, Pledge of Allegiance, and BOM.
