Every month the men of Seismic gather to run the Hero, the AO’s monthly endurance test, in honor of a hero to one of the PAX. This month, we honored Mike “Trez” Jackson. Mike was a father, friend, Army Ranger, and Citadel grad. Trez passed away this month of a heart attack. He was in his early 40’s. Green Bags shared about Trez prior to workout. He noted that he remembered Trez for his attitude. No matter the situation, Trez had a good attitude.
Early morning PT = Great attitude. Scout team player = Great attitude. Two-a-days in Charleston humidity = Great attitude. Injured = Great attitude.
Green Bags noted that Mike Legacy reminded him that life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it.

Devo: Asa Jennings was a failed pastor of little regard. However he is credited with saving over 1.2 million people in Turkey in the early 1920’s. He lived an amazing story, and it reminds us that God can use those who men cast aside to do awesome things!
Moleskin: Great push by all the PAX this morning. Green Bags crushed it and Floppy learned that the Hero doesn’t include squats.
