Intro: 11 men showed up in the gloom this morning and knocked out a challenging workout in the crisp fall air.

Warmup: TTT, SSH, High Knees, LBAC forward x 10, LBAC reverse x 10, Mt. Climbers
Thang: Dora Workout. Each man went to the cage and grabbed 2 blocks and met back on one side of the large field next to the horseshoe pits and paired up.
Series One: 150 Deep Merkins as a team ; 1 man did exercise while the other sprinted to mid way in the field, then did 5 burpees, then sprinted to far end of field, then sprinted back 2/3 distance of field, then did 5 burpees, and lunge walked back to where they started.
Series Two: 200 LBC’s with the block. While one man did exercise the other jogged to end of field and back.
Series Three: 200 squats with the block. While one man did exercise, the other sprinted to halfway point of field, then jogged to end of field and back.
Stowed blocks, then met back at flag.
Mary: Heals to Heaven x 15, LBC’s x 20 (cadence), WWI x 20, Heel Taps x 20.
