The Thang:
Mosey to the block pile and grab a block and two bricks and meet on the basketball court
Station 1:
10 of the following exercises: merkins, decline merkins, incline merkins, hand release merkins, and burpees.
Pack up the block and bricks and mosey 100 yards to the field
Station 2:
20 of the following exercises: air squats, block squats, walking lunges, calf raises on the blocks
Pack up and mosey back to basketball court
Station 3:
30 of the following exercises: overhead block presses, lateral raises with bricks, anterior raises with bricks, kettle bell swings, and one other exercise that escapes me at this time
Pack up and head to the flag
Station 4:
40 of the following exercises: block curls, tricep extensions with bricks, curls with bricks, hammer curls with bricks, block curls
Pack up and mosey back to basketball court
Station 5:
50 of the following exercises and a lap around the tennis court after each exercise: LBCs, 4ct flutter kicks, Freddie Mercurys, LBCs with bricks on chest, and flutter kicks with block held above chest.
Ran out of time for the mile run that was scheduled. Train came around and we did 11 of them burpees!
