Warm-up: a slow lap around the pond
An out and back. Run for about 20 minutes then turn around and try to be faster on the way back then how fast you went out. Run out and just keep running around the Ditch loop then head back.
Moleskin: Well YHC had a plan, and started to execute, then halfway through changed the route. We will call it preparing for the unknown mental components of running. Sometimes you expect one thing and plan for that mentally, then you’re thrown for a loop when that doesn’t happen. That wasn’t my intent, but let’s go with it.
