Thang:
Part 1: PAX grabbed a log and set up near the pull up bar. The PAX would do a workout then jog with the log to the edge of the armory.
10 Log Slams, 20 Iron Crosses, 30 Mercans, 40 Curls, 50 Calf Raises. Work your way back down.
Stow logs
Part 2: PAX would be in a group of 2. They would need a block and tire.
Dora workout: had to make adjustments every so often to the workout.
One person flips a tire to the edge of the armory and back while the other lifts with the block. Reps were to 405 for the amount of years since the first thanksgiving.
We started with Squats till I started seeing pain/possible bad form. To save the PAXs backs (myself included) changed the lift to mercans, and ended on shoulder press. Stowed Blocks and Tires
Mary:
only had time for THE FLUTTERKICK IC x36 as I needed to breathe and we ended right on time.

Prayer Requests: Bed Pan’s dad is flying in from Idaho where’s he’s been working for the past week or so, prayed for safe travels for him and to any and all traveling for the holidays.
Bed Pan was hitting his wall, but with encouragement from the other PAX he pushed through. T-Claps to Grits for his first Double Down. YHC completed a Triple Down as well.
