It gets no simpler. We warmed up, we acquired heavy things from the Tectonic Heavy Thing Storage Location, we carried them around a bit, we returned them. Piece of cake.
Conditions: 50s, nice. Grateful to not stick my hand in the frozen tundra that was Tectonic just two days earlier. I think I’ve finally regained full dexterity.

We did this
The Thang
- SSH x2 IC
- Mtn climber x 20 IC
- TTT x 10 IC
- Imp walker x 10 IC
- LBACs x 10 IC
Mosey to the shed for one heavy log and two blocks. We then toted them around the Ponds for a bit (alternating shoulders and cusacking), stopping for PT here and there, a sprint (sans heavy things) down a side road and back, etc. Each man rotated on and off the log multiple times. That log was a bastard. Heaviest one I’ve ever toted.
Return heavy things, return to flag for Mary. 100s and Russiamerican Twistmers.
