Warm-up: One lap around the route (about .90 mile)
The Thang: Run the route twice and keep going until you hit 2 miles. Run as fast you can. Achieve fame. Achieve glory.
Moleskin: With the Kiawah this weekend there’s a lot of taperers. Lukcily, 2 miles is doable. We had a triple double for the warm-up….3 sets of pairs running together. The course spread out a little after that. Kudos to Recount for joining after taking a break. T-Claps to the speedsters for speeding along (Peg, Snowden, and Hollywood). Looking forward to your times this weekend. It was great seeing DT and Old Flame. It’s just been too long.
