Weather: 31 degrees and clear
YHC Picked up this Q just prior to the workout, needless to say YHC winged it.

TTT x10 IC
Calf Raises x25 IC
Jane Fonda x25 IC
Thang:
Begin a shuffle step to the Teeter (alternating poles)
At second entrance to Teeter, YHC decided we would lunge walk to Corner of Dorchester and Wescott (HUGE hit with the PAX)
Turn around and mosey back to entrance so we can get a measurement on the lunge walk. It was .18 miles, so we’ll have to take another crack at a quarter mile lunge walk soon.
Mosey through parking lot and then begin shuffle steps back to Wescott Park. These were some lengthy stretches, so TClaps to the PAX for getting in some ruck cardio.
Mary: Not much time, so we did calf raises

Devo: Remember to praise God and stay close during the good times, don’t only go to Him when you are in trouble.
I told the story of the Battle of Vaslui and Stefan cel Mare refusing to accept credit for the victory.
“According to the Polish chronicler Jan Długosz, Stephen did not celebrate his victory; instead, he fasted for forty days on bread and water and forbade anyone to attribute the victory to him, insisting that credit be given only to the Lord.”

Moleskin: QOTD goes to Prius “Are we talking about the same corner?” When YHC decided we would lunge walk for almost a quarter mile
Calf raises can start to hurt after around 20 in cadence.
