Stars were streaking across the Tectonic sky and PAX were streaking across the triangle on Wednesday. In a clothed way. I think. It WAS dark though, so who can really tell? Anyway, we caught the earliest glimpse of the Geminids meteor shower on a cold, clear morning in the gloom and decided we wouldn’t let some lousy space dust outrace us.
Also, ab work. Because core.
Conditions: Clear. Cold. 30 degrees. Ground was mercifully dry though.

The Thang
Start with an old standby, the Super 21. Start with 1 merkin and 1 squat, progress to 2 and 2, 3 and 3, etc. until you get to 21 and 21. 231 merkins and squats. Good times.
Mosey to the road for some interval sprints around the triangle (roughly 0.2 miles). First sprint, the PAX had 2.5 minutes since that was our warmup. Any time you have left between when you finish and the 2.5 minute mark is your rest and recover time. Remaining sprints, the completion time was reduced to 2 minutes. A total of six prints were run.
Return to flag for Mary: 100s, WWI sit-ups.
