Start this Thang off with The Smoker: 10 burpees OYO, bear crawl to side walk, run lap around triangle.
Mosey to gate of construction road for 5 derkins on each rung of gate (25 total). Mosey down construction road to rock pile. Grab 2 rocks. 10 curls for girls into overhead press (up and overs), switch rocks for 10 more up and overs IC. 10 arm raises. Switch rocks for 10 more arm raises on Q. Mosey to sign on road. 20 WWI SUs; Flutter kick x 20. Mosey to side path off road. 20 imperial walkers. Crab walk then walk crab to island. Mosey to bench on island for squats on the bench x 20. Mosey to side path to road. 10 burpee broad jumps then imperial walk to road. Once on road, complete same exercises at each station on the way back. Then reverse smoker (run, crawl, burpees)

Moleskin: Two smokers in this workout plus the cold temps had some heavy “smoke” coming off these men today. Those rocks were cold!!! Since we have not had Saturday morning workouts at Tectonic, YHC has missed the BC going off AO and wanted to bring back a little taste of the days of old. It was fun and it brought out some of the real men of Tectonic. We still have a few formerly faithful men of Tectonic MIA but we will do our best to get them back!!!
