ROUND ! – All groups complete 10 burpee pull-ups (this was done in the standing water beneath and around the pull-up bars. A true gift from God on this day), 20 Tire Hops, 30 Damn its w the block Ruckers with their Ruck. Mosey to the coupon pile: Each group issued a 40, 60, 80 LBS. sand bag. Ruckers issued 5 gallon buckets of sand. Mosey to the fence and complete exercises with coupons: Suicides x 2, Sprints x 2. PAX ground the sand bags, Ruckers keep the buckets and do not let them touch the ground for the remainder of the BC. Mosey to the pull-up bars.
ROUND !! – All groups complete 10 Toes-to-Bar, 20 Derkins on the tire, 30 Block curls. Mosey to the fence. With coupons 4 Sprints, 1 Suicide
ROUND !!! – All groups complete 10 pull-ups, 20 Toe Taps on the tire IC, 30 Damn-its as prescribed above. Mosey to the fence. With coupons 2 Suicides, 2 Sprints. Mosey and stow coupons.
