Intro:  Just 3 PAX for the evening edition of Faultline called Accelerator. But like YHC told the PAX, a workout will happen even if YHC is the only one there. Good job rolling with a modified BC, Hotwire and Green Thumb.

Disclaimer:  Nope.

Warmup: squats, outcast merkins

Thang: Grab one log and meet at the Senior Center parking lot.

At the parking lot, the PAX will complete a series of exercises. The first man to complete the prescribed reps will begin to run around the parking lot with the log. When the remaining two are done, they will yell for the runner to STOP. The PAX will then sprint to the runner. From there, all PAX will complete the next exercise. Rinse and repeat.

150 toe touches (counting only the left foot), sprint

100 SSH, sprint

75 mountain climbers, sprint

50 LBC’s, sprint

25 merkins, sprint

10 burpees

Mary: flutter kicks, iron cross
