Warmup: squats, outcast merkins
Thang: Grab one log and meet at the Senior Center parking lot.
At the parking lot, the PAX will complete a series of exercises. The first man to complete the prescribed reps will begin to run around the parking lot with the log. When the remaining two are done, they will yell for the runner to STOP. The PAX will then sprint to the runner. From there, all PAX will complete the next exercise. Rinse and repeat.
