The Richter needle froze!

Conditions: 21 degrees…fahrenheit. Man, it was  cold. 

Warm-up: 1 loop (about .95 miles) at a slow pace

The Thang: 2 miles as fast as you can go. Don’t stop until you hit the 2nd mile.

Moleskin: The Richter usually brings solid numbers, but Jack Frost scared a lot of people away. The pax that showed up did their thing anyway. I will point out all 4 men have beards. Running in the cold is just another reason that beards are great…even if they freeze while you’re running.
