INFERNO TRAINING WITH BRICKS
Temperature was in the lower 60s.
COP – Mosey to vehicle and get two bricks per man. Mosey to center of Bermuda Triangle and plant flag.
THANG – Inferno training with bricks. All exercise done on Q or in cadence as appropriate. Burpees, WWW1Situps, Jump Squats, CDD, Monkey humpers, American Hammers, Mountain climbers, Flutter kicks. Start at 20 of each exercise, drop reps by 1 for each lap between stations alternate bear crawl and crab walk.

Moleskin – Just a simple soggy beat down at Tectonic. Along with Woody, YHC will miss the INFERNO this month due to being DR, so he decided to go ahead and knock it out now with some modification. Much to the disapproval of the Tectonic faithful, the AO is now illuminated on the scale of a primary suspect being interviewed in an old B rated detective film. With that in mind, the Q decided to move the COP into the darkness of the Bermuda triangle. The darkness was nice, but the soaked ground was more than most anticipated. Throughout the BC, the Pax were reminded about form and isolating the muscle groups in order to build real strength as opposed to just trying to use momentum and poor form to get through the BC. As with a normal running of the INFERNO, mumble chatter halted at the onset of the initial 20 Burpees. Brother Peaches lead the Pax with noise this morning, but it sure was NOT mumble chatter. Welcome back to the gloom QC and BTB and thanks for joining us in the BOM Hot Tub. Although not official, the group managed to complete 3.4 rounds and as always that last “point one” was no joke. Great work men!
