Intro: YHC believes that every man should have at least two tools in his hand-to-hand self-defense toolbox. As adult civilians, the need may arise maybe 1 or 2 times in a lifetime, but when a situation goes south and leaving is not an option, you have two options: 1. Avoid getting hit, or 2. Hit first and hit hard. As a warm-up, the PAX learned two moves for their self-defense toolbox – The Peacekeeper and The Fight-Ender.

Devo: “Be slow to speak, quick to listen, and slow to anger” James 1:19.
In our relationships, when confronted with a disagreement or argument, are we following James 1:19? When our wives are coming at us and a fight is imminent, are we the “Peacekeeper”, or are we the “Fight-Ender”, hitting first and hitting hard with hurtful words?
