Moleskin: The weather outside was frigid and the ice and snow was still present around the AO. For the safety of the PAX, YHC staged his workout with the stations the night before underneath the pavilion. YHC also welcomed a PAX with a fire burning in the fire pit upon their arrival. The focus was to get a full body workout in a limited space while keeping the heart rate elevated. Based on the feedback and groans of each pax at the abyss merkin stations, the mission was accomplished. Strong work and dedication by the PAX today.
