Warm-up:
- Imperial walker x 15 IC
- TTT x 15 IC
- Peter Parker x 15 IC
- 1 lap around track
The Thang:
- Go to the block pile and get 1 block each
- Give each person (or groups) a block spelling sheet
- Spell your full first and last name. Do the exercise that is associated with each letter
- When Pax finishes go run a lap around the track
- Upon return each person takes a body spelling sheet
- Spell your F3 name. Do the exercise that is associated with each letter
- When Pax finishes go run a lap around the track
- Get a battle buddy and 1 sandbag per team
DORA- 1 buddy uses a block, 1 buddy uses the sandbag- Pax choice
10 x frontal 90 degrees raises
20 x squat press
30 x side lunges

Moleskin: It was cold. YHC wasn’t sure how this workout would play out, but based on how my upper body feels, I think it hit the spot. Of course this is all dependent on each person’s name. Luigi said his father in law knows a pax whose name is Abe Froman, Sausage King of Chicago. It’s a classic name and this BC was built for him, but probably only on a Saturday when we have an hour. T-Claps to Ghandi, I feel like every time I looked at him, he was doing overhead claps. With the other exercises in my name, they started to burn at 10.
