YHC wanted to try to keep our boy Picasso in mind during the workout so chose exercises that spelled out his name. Great push by all, especially considering that several of the exercises were fairly unfamiliar. Just a little way to keep Picasso in our thoughts and prayers. Keep up the good fight dude!
