They say you don’t have to run when rucking. Yeah… that’s not even close to true. YHC put the men of Magnitude on a nice little run with pain stations on Friday.

Ruck on
Run .25 miles
Squats x 20
Merkins x 15
Lunge walk x 7 each leg
Big boy sit-ups with ruck straight out x 15
Rinse and repeat 8 times for a total of 2 miles
(Somewhere about half way in we added flutter x 20 ic)
