The Thang:

Mosey to the tennis court for some B.A.C.O.N.

5-Burpees, 10-American Hammers, 15-Crunches, 20-OH Claps (which I will change to OHP w/block next time), 25-Nolan Ryans, flip over and start with 25-NR, 20-OHC, 15-Crunches, 10-AH, and 5-burpees

Mosey over to the wall on the end of the basketball court. YHC explained that there were fitdeck cards on the opposite end of the basketball court. One Pax would bear crawl to the opposite end and pick a card and sprint back to planking pax and call out exercise. When exercise was complete, next pax would bear crawl to get next card…rinse and repeat. Exercises included: the bear crawl, the low plank for 60 seconds, flutter kicks, bobby hurleys, SSH (which the next card was double next card so we did 100 SSH), Freddie mercurys, crunches, lunges, and squats. Each card has a number of reps to perform, and since we are all advanced level, we did advanced level work.

Psalm 37:23-24 The Lord makes firm steps for those that delight in him. though he may stumble, he will not fall, for the Lord upholds him with his hand.

I talked about how I need to be reminded that God has always been there for me, even when I thought I didn’t need him before I was a Christian. For much of my life, I lived as if i was in control and i didn’t need anyone’s help. God has always been with me, he was just waiting for me to come to Him. I talked about how F3 also helps hold us up, and there isn’t one person that I have met through F3 that I wouldn’t reach out to for help, and that means the world to me. I thanked the men for being there for me, and encouraged them to not do life on their own.  TKO, BCG, and Futurama added to the devo which YHC appreciated.
