The Thang:
- Everyone do the 100 meters back and forth for 90 seconds. Afterward Pax were informed that they have to hit that number when it’s their turn to run during the Tabatas.
- Go to block pile and split everyone into 4 groups for Tabatas (90 seconds on, 30 seconds rest)
- Round 1
- No coupon: Peter Parker
- Block: Curls for the girls
- Bench:Iron cross
- 100 meters back and forth
- Round 2
- No coupon: Dragon walker (like Peter Parker but moving forward
- Block: Block merkins
- Bench:pull ups
- 100 meters back and forth
- Round 3
- No coupon: Monkey Humper
- Block: overhead press
- Bench: tricep dips
- 100 meters back and forth
- Stow blocks

Moleskin: Nice crowd today at The Jones for a little tabatas and a lot of talk. There was so much that I know YHC won’t do it justice. There was grabbing poles during iron crosses, there was the ever so easy money humper chatter, there was even an opportunity to learn that Defib is a rave child during American Hammers. It was a beautiful thing to witness. If you haven’t been out to the Jones yet, I ask why not? Get out there. It’s a great AO with great Pax.
