6 men posted at Tectonic this morning with a preblast taunting about what might be coming out of YHC’s overflowing hat of beat downs from the years of Q’ing. Breadth of knowledge can be just as much as a curse as it is a blessing at this point. Plus the pressure of having a reputation for high quality beat downs. What gets filtered out into the gloom and what gets held off until the next one.
YHC decided to hit the PAX with a different approach at the beginning of this workout. We started together with the devo in hopes to ignite a fire in the PAX to push through a tough workout looming within mere minutes.
