Relay race with multiple stops.  5 burpees at beginning, 10 merkins at pole beside entrance to parking lot, 15 squats at no parking sign and 20 LBCs after running around circle.  Must tag out with the next man in line.  Continue until everyone is done.  While waiting their turn PAX did various exercises.  Curls for the girls, tricep extensions, chest press, squats, flutter kicks, one armed row (both arms), WWI situps, SSH (specifically for Pretzel).   Exercises were done x15 or x20 or x 25 on Q.  YHC discretion.  The winning team was the team that Grits had picked.  As winner YHC gave Grits the option of a run or burpees to celebrate victory.  Choose burpees.  2 per member.  While losing team re-ran the relay course.

Give To Anyone

Give to anyone who asks; and when things are taken away from you, don’t try to get them back. (NLT) ( Luke 6:30 )

Giving can be easy especially when we choose to give. But how easy is it to give when it is not our choice because it was taken from us? That is tough! What’s worse is when we give against our will, we feel like someone owes us. Sometimes we even go ahead and take revenge into our own hands to make it fair again such as pointing out someone who has just cut in line. Just remember, check your heart, there is a difference between justice and revenge.

Moleskin:  YHC received quite a few HC’s on the preblast.  One that was very early was City Slicker.  Shortly there after YHC received a text message asking if I would be mad if he un HC-ed and HC-ed for an “ass beating” at Magma.  YHC simply responded do you man but the standard is HC stands for Hard Committ.  City Slicker showed up.  He even recruited a few more ruckers. YHC intentionally made the work out just a little more sucky once receiving that text.  It must have worked because following the BC I got another text from CS saying “damn man im glad I came I am smoked”.  The mumble chatter at the beginning was high but as the burpee count went up the mumble chatter went down.  Huge T-Claps to Defib for volunteering to run the relay twice since teams were uneven and he didn’t die but it was close.  Also T-Claps to City Slicker for taking the lead while I ran the relay portion.  Great push and team work today by all.
