Warm Up

  • thru the tunnel
  • side straddle hops
  • Don Quixote
  • V stretch
  • Sun Salutations
  • Indian Run – 1 Lap

The Thang

  • Burpee Battle
    Against the clock – 1m intervals begin with 7 burpees
    High was 15 (Luigi and LottaLove)
    Indian Run – 1 Lap
  • CMIYC – Catch Me If You Can with Twist
    • Round One
      • Work in teams of 2 :
      • Unit1 runs backwards – Unit2 = 5 merkins/5 air squats
      • Once complete Unit2 runs toward Unit1 while Unit1 bear crawls to Unit2
      • Once they meet Unit2 begins backward run, Unit1 5/5
    • Round Two
      • Same idea but different exercise:
      • Unit1 runs karaoke – Unit2 5 burpees
      • Once complete Unit1 crab crawls to Unit2
      • This rhythm is done until lap is complete

Mary Focus on core

  • the chair – 1m
  • Plank forearm – 1m
  • Plank hands – 1m
  • 10 plank burpees
