- Round One
- Work in teams of 2 :
- Unit1 runs backwards – Unit2 = 5 merkins/5 air squats
- Once complete Unit2 runs toward Unit1 while Unit1 bear crawls to Unit2
- Once they meet Unit2 begins backward run, Unit1 5/5
- Round Two
- Same idea but different exercise:
- Unit1 runs karaoke – Unit2 5 burpees
- Once complete Unit1 crab crawls to Unit2
- This rhythm is done until lap is complete
- Round One
