Pax lined up and to moseyed to the bottom of Jingles Hill. There the instruction was given.
Start at the bottom and run Backwards up to the sidestreet and perform one burpee, then run forwards back to the start. Burpees increasing by one each time. We went from 1 -7 and back to 1 again.
Mosey back to the pull up bar area.
